RETURN POLICY

  1. GENERAL
    1. Kariakoo Mall offers a return and/or exchange within the first 5 days of your purchase, if 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return and/or exchange of any kind.

 

  1. ELEGIBILITY FOR REFUND
    1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. The item must be in the original packaging without any mark of opening it.
    3. To complete your return, we require a stamped receipt or proof of purchase with the eligible date, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
    4. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale and short term offer items cannot be accepted.
    5. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    6. Acceptable reason for the refund should be acceptable by the Kariakoo Mall purchase terms and conditions and not otherwise.

 

  1. EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
    1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged right before reaching the customer. We replace with the same item upon agreed time.

 

  1. EXEMPT GOODS
    1. Food and one time use goods are exempted for refund and exchange.
    2. Some health and personal care goods are exempted for refund or exchange.

 

  1. SHIPPING
    1. An item to be refunded should be shipped to this address; 18 Sokoine Drive, Posta Dar es salaam, directly to the Kariakoo Mall headquarters.
    2. If shipping agent is used, must be provided with necessary information on the condition of the item to be accepted and the location to be delivered.
    3. All the payments/refund will be done once the item is inspected by Kariakoo Mall professionals.
    4. Customer is liable of all the cost to ship the item to the Kariakoo Mall headquarters.
    5. No refund will be issued if the product is not inspected.

 

  1. WARRANTY
    1. An item returned for warranty issues will be directly sent to the service centre of the item’s brand.
    2. Warranty period is about 1 to 40 days until resolved depending on the problem and the queue in the service centre
    3. No item will be accepted for warranty if it is personally damaged.
